Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return your order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 7 days to send the items back.

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Health & Beauty: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products if the hygiene seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

• Pet Supplies & Toys: Items must be returned in their original state, free of pet hair or signs of wear.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
